Charges are monthly on the day an upgrade/subscription change occurred. If you upgraded your plan on the 5th, charges will go through every 5th of the month. Invoices are sent by email each month. Billing can be found in the drop-down menu when clicking on your user name in the upper right corner of the app.
You'll see info for the last 5 billing cycles. To see the line items for each, click on the arrow next to the charge.
- Coupons/discounts are not reflected on the billing page. They will be shown in the emailed invoices.
- If you need invoices sent to a different email address, or need an extra copy, please let us know and we'll be glad to make that happen :)
