Campaign Statuses

Setup

When you first create a campaign, you'll see it in the 'Setup' status. This allows you to pick and choose your campaign settings before officially making it live. Clicking on 'Complete Setup' will take you to the last setting you were working on.

Ready

CSV Campaigns

If surveys are sent instantly

You may see your campaign in a 'Ready' status for a few minutes while the surveys are making their way to your contacts. Once the first survey is delivered, you'll see the status update to 'Active'.

If a Send Time was chosen

You'll see your campaign in a 'Ready' status until the very first survey is delivered. If a send time was chosen and that time has already passed for the day, the surveys will be scheduled for the next upcoming day at the time specified.

Example: A Send Time of 11am CST was chosen when the surveys were launched, but the user sent these surveys at 2pm CST. The surveys will be scheduled the next day for 11am CST. If the 'Send Day' was specified to be Business Days, then the survey will be scheduled on the next business day.

API/Segment/Zapier Campaigns

When you first activate your campaign, you'll see it in the 'Ready' status until a survey has been triggered via an integration and then delivered.

When a Delivery Delay is in place

If a delivery delay has been put place (ex: 7 days), your first surveys will not go out until 7 days from now, and therefor the campaign will stay in a 'Ready' status until the first survey(s) is delivered. Once delivered, you will see your campaign update to an 'Active' status.

When a Send Time is chosen

Active

When your campaign is in an 'Active' status, this signals that surveys have been delivered and the campaign can actively begin receiving feedback. Once feedback comes rolling in, you'll be able to visit your Dashboard by clicking on the 'View Report' button.

Complete

A 'Complete' status means that there are no more surveys going out and no more feedback can come in, but all of your campaign data will still remain. Visit our docs on how to end a campaign.
