When you first create a campaign, you'll be prompted to choose where you'd like to import contacts from. This will determine the "type" of campaign you have.
- CSV - Allows you choose a contact list you created by uploading a .csv file
- API - This will help you setup all the necessary settings to begin using the Promoter API and sending surveys for the campaign.
- Zapier - Very similar to using our API, but you can use the Zapier service to setup a "zap" that will trigger contacts to be surveyed.
- Segment - This will help you setup all the necessary settings to begin using Segment to trigger sending surveys for your campaign.
