Employee NPS differs from customer NPS by focusing on employee sentiment and engagement. All responses are kept anonymous so that your employees will feel more at ease giving honest and constructive feedback. This option can be chosen on the right-hand side when creating an email template.
When you create a campaign and choose a template that's designated for employees, this will automatically make your campaign an eNPS campaign. This distinction is shown by a briefcase icon appearing next to the name of your campaign.
As feedback comes in, the contacts will be anonymous and the option to follow up will be removed.
