Note that if you test the zap, it will send a survey to the contact that was chosen from the pulled data.
If you don't want your surveys sent immediately upon the trigger, you can choose a delivery delay in your campaign settings within Promoter. This will deliver the survey X amount of days later instead of immediately.
Zapier allows you to filter down further on specific types of contacts you're wanting to survey. This is helpful when you want to only survey contacts that meet a specific requirement, such as "survey the contact when the Account name = Awesome Company". You can choose a filter by clicking on the plus "+" between the Trigger and Action steps and choosing Filter.
