Note that if you test the zap, it will send a survey to the contact that was chosen from the pulled data.

  • If you don't want your surveys sent immediately upon the trigger, you can choose a delivery delay in your campaign settings within Promoter. This will deliver the survey X amount of days later instead of immediately.

  • Zapier allows you to filter down further on specific types of contacts you're wanting to survey. This is helpful when you want to only survey contacts that meet a specific requirement, such as "survey the contact when the Account name = Awesome Company". You can choose a filter by clicking on the plus "+" between the Trigger and Action steps and choosing Filter.
