Use our BigCommerce integration to trigger surveys after a purchase was made!
How does it work?
Once you walk through the steps to connect your BigCommerce account, you'll select a campaign to use for sending surveys.
When a purchase has been made in BigCommerce, Promoter will be notified and trigger a survey for the customer in the connected campaign. There's a couple of sending options you can choose so that the survey is not sent immediately.
Connect Your BigCommerce Account
Navigate to the Integrations section in your account and choose 'Configure' under BigCommerce.
Type in your BigCommerce store hash. Then click on 'Connect with BigCommerce'.
Once you authenticate with your BigCommerce credentials, you'll be routed back to your Promoter account. You'll see that your account was connected and your username email displayed.
Connect Your Campaign
After your BigCommerce account has been connected, you can now choose which campaign to trigger surveys through. Click on 'Add Integration'.
Click on the plus (+) sign next to the campaign you want to integrate with.
Sending options will be available on the next view. You can choose to have your survey sent days later instead of immediately after the purchase was made. Or, choose to have your surveys sent at a specific hour. Customize the settings to your liking and click 'Save' at the bottom.
