Some users may need to add in feedback manually due to different circumstances. Our 'create a feedback' feature can help when feedback is obtained outside of the survey.
To add feedback manually to a campaign, visit the Feedback view of the campaign. There will be an option at the top to 'Create Feedback'.
Note that this option will be available only for users who have the 'Manage Feedback' permission enabled for their role.

A form will appear where you can add in feedback information. The minimum requirements are a score and an email address.
Current contact attributes will still be saved with the creation of feedback.
If you're adding a score/comment for a contact that does not have an email address, then feel free to make up a fake email to use. We'll then create a contact record using that "email" if it previously did not exist in your account.
