Some users may need to add in feedback manually due to different circumstances. Our 'create a feedback' feature can help when feedback is obtained outside of the survey.

To add feedback manually to a campaign, visit the Feedback view of the campaign. There will be an option at the top to 'Create Feedback'.

  • Note that this option will be available only for users who have the 'Manage Feedback' permission enabled for their role.

A form will appear where you can add in feedback information. The minimum requirements are a score and an email address.

  • Current contact attributes will still be saved with the creation of feedback.

  • If you're adding a score/comment for a contact that does not have an email address, then feel free to make up a fake email to use. We'll then create a contact record using that "email" if it previously did not exist in your account.
